Excellent customer service! Nichole and team let me place a same day order for delivery (on the same day as Winter Ball, nonetheless!) and was able to get the arrangement to the surprise party before the party started. AND followed up with the next morning to make sure the arrangement was received. It is nice to have such a high level of customer service especially since I was ordering over the phone from out of state!
